I have completed several years of clairvoyant, psychic, mediumship, and energy healing trainings as well as additional workshops, and have been working with my energy skills and tools for more than a decade. I'm certified in Cyndi Dale’s Four Pathway Energy Healing program. I’ve also trained with the mediums Lauren Rainbow and Kelly Meehan, Spirit Baby Medium. I’ve also completed the Melchizedek Method levels I and II, which implement the use of sacred geometry and ancient Egyptian wisdom. I have also completed a year of Master Alchemy and Ascension Training with Dee Kenedy and Ishadai, which dove deep into the ancient Egyptian, Doaist, and Gnostic mysteries.
Science Writer
I write and edit peer-reviewed articles on various topics related to the gut microbiome and health, such as its role in irritable bowel disease, colorectal cancer, and cirrhosis. My papers have also focused on the role the gut microbiota plays in autoimmune diseases, exercise-induced stress, and neurotransmitter production. Additionally, I’m a medical writer for Savana Med and TPM Science and also have written articles for the website Gut Microbiota for Health and Happiness.com.

Masters in Nutrition and Health
I graduated with honors from the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya with a masters in nutrition from with a focus on clinical nutrition and nutrigenomics. Read my published master’s thesis about vitamin D here.
Certified Functional Nutritionist
A two-year course by the Functional Nutrition Alliance with Andrea Nakayama studying how to use a systems biology and functional nutrition approach to healing various diseases and complex health conditions by looking closely at the physiology of the digestive, immune, endocrine, neurological, cardiometabolic, urinary and reproductive systems.
Certified Culinary Nutrition Expert
I learned how to food and specific nutrients can be healing for overall health as well as for specific conditions from the Academy of Culinary Nutrition. I developed recipes and learned about therapeutic diets to promote well being and healing.
