APPOINTMENTS & SCOPE OF SERVICES

All appointments will be made online via the Services or Book pages or by directly contacting Allison Clark and must be paid in full before the scheduled session. Read the cancellation and refund policy below.

Allison Clark is not a licensed medical professional or mental health practitioner. Allison offers spiritual guidance, energy healing, and health coaching to support personal growth and soul healing. All information shared during a session is for informational purposes only and is not meant to replace medical treatment and therapy. Allison does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or fortune tell.

CANCELLATION POLICY & REFUNDS

No refunds will be issued if an appointment is cancelled 24 hours or less before a scheduled session because a client changed their mind. Clients may reschedule appointments within 24 hours before a scheduled session. I reserve the right to charge 75% of the session fee for all cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, and 100% of the session fee for all cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Refunds are only made in rare cases due to unforeseeable circumstances. In those cases, I charge a processing fee of 5% of the payment made.

CODE OF ETHICS & EXPECTATIONS

All sessions are confidential, and no personal information is shared outside private sessions.

Allison does not engage in unethical psychic or energy techniques, such as psychic spying, black magic, curses, hexes, or the invocation of negative entities and forces. Allison reserves the right to decline or discontinue services if a client wishes to partake in unethical practices or if a client’s energy, intentions, and expectations are misaligned with Allison’s high-intentional work.

As an intuitive healer, Allison creates a safe place for her clients and does not judge. These sessions are safe to show up exactly how you are.

As a healer, Allison holds a sacred place for healing. Healing is ultimately up to the client. Allison does not make decisions on behalf of a client or another person. Spiritual guidance and energy healing are highly personal and dependent upon many factors, including an individual’s free will, soul contracts, subconscious beliefs, actions taken, choices made, other people’s actions, etc. Therefore, no expected outcome is “guaranteed” since energy is always shifting. Clients are responsible for their own decisions and actions following sessions.

CLIENT EXPECTATIONS

By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to my terms of service. You also agree the following:

  • You are fully responsible for your own decisions, actions, and interpretations of any guidance received.

  • You understand that spiritual services do not replace medical, psychological, or professional advice.

  • You agree to approach sessions with an open mind and respect for the energetic process.

  • You do not take substances before a session (alcohol, drugs, excessive caffeine, etc. Prescription medications are, of course, ok).

  • You understand that complex and chronic issues often take time to heal and don’t expect “miracle cures” after one session.

  • You understand, or at least can ponder the idea, that healing is not linear. We go through ups and downs during the healing process.

  • You accept that you are an active and powerful piece of your healing process. You don’t sit back and expect others to “do” the healing for you while you do nothing.

  • You agree to the fact that the mind, body, and spirit are intimately connected.

TERMS OF USE

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service. Copying or plagiarizing any material is against the Terms of Use of this website. Allison wrote all the content on her website and blog, and did not use AI to write or brainstorm topics or concepts discussed. All intellectual property is Allison Clark’s.

TERMINATION

I may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
